You can collect your hire from 3:00pm the day prior to your hire commencing. For instance, if you have a weekend hire for 2 days, starting on Saturday, you can collect your rental from anytime after 3:00pm on the Friday. Please check our opening and closing times.
Please check our open and closing times on our website, as they vary throughout the season. Generally we like all gear to be returned no later than closing time on their due date of return. If you have problems returning by closing time, please notify us as soon as possible and we may allow you to return by 8.am the following morning. If equipment is not returned by due time/date, an extra days hire may be charged unless arrangements can be made.
After 2 seasons of covid lockdowns effected the snow season for many around Australia, we have a policy of of issuing Full Refunds for customers that for whatever reason, may not be able to make it to the snow for their holiday. If anyone in your group becomes sick, prior to collection, we can refund their hire. If somebody becomes sick, injured or just have to make an early departure, we will provide partial refunds for the remaining days of any un-used rental.

- REFUNDS: Due to new policy terms from PayPal, any transaction charges PayPal have collected for using their service, will no longer be refunded to customer. The current PayPal policy is to keep customers transactions fees, and not refund to customer. A fee of 6% of the hire sale will be charged to cover non refundable PayPal Transaction Fees and administration of refunds.
- For our customers who use EWAY payment system, A fee of 3% of the hire sale will be charged to cover non refundable EWAY Transaction Fees and administration of refunds.

We have a large range of warm, waterproof and comfortable snow gear, to suit everyone of all ages and sizes. Sizes range from size 00 in one piece suits for babies, through to Jackets & Pants up to size 12XL. We also have waterproof baby boots and up to size 17 in Adult Snow Walking Boots
Yes, you can apply for a partial refund of any unused days, remaining on your rental.
